For programming, solder the 6-pin programming header to the Relay board and flash using 3.3V serial.
During programming, the ESP-32 can be powered directly with 3.3V from your USB to Serial converter board.
To do this, connect the serial converters 3.3V output to one of the 3.3V pins on the ESP-32 headers. After programming, you will want to power the Relay board with 5V or 7V-30V at the power input header.
