The PCB says Model: LE13 on it if you pop the diffuser off.
Has 12 Cool White LEDs (9W), 12 Warm White LEDs (9W), and 4 RGB LEDs (4.7W all-on or 1-1.4W for single-color), for 16.7W max with all LEDs on full. 0.2W with all LEDs off.
