Standard serial flash procedure via exposed pads: 3V3, RX, TX, GPIO0, RST and GND. Connect standard USB to RS232 3V3 converter. Put GPIO0 low and then RST low for a sec.

Main chip is ESP8285N08 with 1MB flash. Standard tasmota.bin file is ok for flashing. I did it by esptool, but you can flash it in many ways.
